Carter G. Woodson is the Father of Black History Month and author of “The Miseducation of the Negro.” I have been studying materials that have yielded a paradigm shift in my traditional leanings, including the concept of a 6000-year-old Earth, the idea of original man, his global migrations, race theory, and religion. I still embrace the Bible, but I have a better grasp of Genesis 10 and subsequent biblical data as it relates to human origin, migration, differentiation, and religious beliefs. I am eager to gather feedback from individuals who are serious about this broad, diverse, and significant topic. Our politics and socioeconomic marketplace are grounded in misinformation regarding these issues. We need to know the truth so we can be free from disinformation that enslaves rather than empowers.

What have you learned about the history of humankind’s arrival, survival, destiny, and the evidence of its past presence that has been available for research?
